Is the bot in English?

The bot interface is in Russian for now, but it's just a few buttons — see the translations above. Write to support in the bot in English and we'll help you set everything up.

Can I pay with a foreign card?

Card payments accept Russian bank cards and SBP. From abroad, use crypto (USDT via CryptoBot) or Telegram Stars — both are available right in the bot.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Within 14 days of payment we refund unused days. If the service was down for more than a day through our fault, we refund in full. Terms are in the public offer (in Russian).

How many devices?

Up to 5 per subscription, or 10 on the Family plan. You can remove old devices in the bot under «Мои устройства» (My devices).
